HI!
My name is Nick Arvay.
I was born and raised in what used to be Czechoslovakia on today's Czech Republic side.
For more than 18 years I've been taking care of homes and properties, including commercial building maintenance.
I have painted, did finishing carpentry, handyman work and supervised numerous property management projects. After 6 years in management for Safeway, I have returned to my old domain and LOVING IT!
I take on restoration/painting, re-decking jobs (see Gallery for pics!), or old carpeting for laminate floor replacement...
I am also Certified by ACI (Inspection Certification Associates) for Home Inspections and I'm currently working on Radon Measurement Technician Certified title, approved by National Radon Proficiency Program & National Radon Safety Board... as well as on my further development in Real Estate...

My wife Anna is helping Evergreen households running smoothly for the past 8-plus years and for the same time, our daughter Anna Maria has been working and studying (since she was sixteen), without missing a beat :)

Mia, our new family member from the local shelter (EAPL) did not like the staging of our last Christmas picture much, but it came out great!
